2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To purchase from Adorn Organics, you must:

• Have a valid email address and a shipping address within our delivery regions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Adorn Organics is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, including images, descriptions, ingredients, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
Product packaging, colour, and formulation may vary from time to time. If you receive a product that is materially different from its description on our website, please contact us for a resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.
3.1 Health and Wellness Products
Our ingestible supplements and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
3.2 Skincare and Haircare Products
We recommend reviewing all ingredient lists before purchase if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Adorn Organics is not liable for adverse reactions arising from individual sensitivities or misuse of our topical products.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Orders
4.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices for customers in other African countries may be displayed in USD or local currency equivalents, with applicable conversion rates applied at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs on an order you have placed, we will notify you before processing payment and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.
4.2 Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for South African customers.
• Secure online payment gateways as listed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Adorn Organics does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
4.3 Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to addresses in South Africa and select African countries. Delivery timeframes and charges are outlined at checkout and on our website. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Domestic (South Africa): 3 to 7 business days.
• Cross-border (Africa): 7 to 21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our online store passes to you upon delivery to the specified shipping address. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery costs will be charged to you.

For cross-border orders, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any regulatory compliance required in the destination country. Adorn Organics accepts no liability for delays or costs arising from customs processes. |
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Adorn Organics website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, branding, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Adorn Organics or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
