Shipping

We pack orders within 1 week. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method you choose. From time to time we offer free delivery promotions. When a promotion is active the threshold will appear at checkout.

Standard delivery usually arrives within 5 to 7 business days once dispatched. Express options are available for faster delivery where supported by our couriers.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use this to follow your parcel’s progress.

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help before the parcel leaves our warehouse.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the courier first using your tracking number. Our support team is also ready to assist.

Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email once your refund is issued.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, request an exchange when you contact us. We will confirm stock and guide you through the next steps.
